PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water discharge alarm system for eliminating any region where water discharge alarm is difficult to hear, and for issuing water discharge alarm adaptive to a specific region. SOLUTION: This water discharge alarm system is configured to sound an alarm from an alarm station set at a predetermined position in the downstream of a dam site on the basis of a water discharge alarm signal issued from a supervisory station located at the dam site. This water discharge alarm system is provided with speaker alarm equipment installed in a region where the alarm sound from the alarm station is difficult to hear for sounding the alarm on the basis of the water discharge alarm signal transmitted via the alarm station.
