PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize efficient sunlight lighting system for always securing full lighting efficiency, without needing complicated control using a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The sunlight lighting system comprises a first reflecting mirror 13 for reflecting sunlight always forward by tracking the sun, in a state with the reflecting face being directed upward, and a second reflecting mirror 14 for reflecting the light reflected from the first reflecting mirror downward, by arranging the reflecting face downward in front of the first reflecting mirror. The upward and downward position of the second reflecting mirror is adjusted by an adjusting mechanism, in response to the fluctuations in the reflecting direction to the second reflecting mirror, accompanying sun tracking of the first reflecting mirror. The second reflecting mirror is a convex mirror, the first reflecting mirror is a concave mirror, and their curvatures are set to be variable.
