PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flocculation sensor for accurately detecting light scattered by a very small floc. SOLUTION: This flocculation sensor is equipped with a light projection part for irradiating light projected from a light source into test water, and a light reception part for receiving scattered light produced by collision between the light and particles in the test water in a crossing area of a light irradiation area with a view area by viewing part of an area irradiated with the light.
