摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an aluminum alloy clad fin material in which the aluminum alloy clad fin material after brazing has excellent strength. SOLUTION: A cladding metal is produced by cladding skin materials composed of an aluminum alloy of a composition containing 0.1 to 2.5% Mn and 0.05 to 0.3% Zr and further containing one or two kinds of 0.1 to 1.2% Si and 0.05 to 1.2% Ni and consisting of the balance Al and inevitable impurities on both surfaces of a core material composed of an aluminum alloy of a composition containing 0.3 to 2.0% Fe and consisting of the balance Al and inevitable impurities and after the cladding material is subjected to soaking treatment at 430 to 530°C, the cladding metal is subjected to hot rolling, then to at least one time of intermediate annealing. The cladding metal is thereafter cold rolled at a low draft of over 5 to <15% in the draft from the last intermediate annealing to final board thickness. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
