PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which generates neither styrene odor nor amine odor, with which the curing inhibition can be controlled as much as possible, and which has rapid curability, and to provide a decorative material using it which is less in odor. SOLUTION: A resin liquid is prepared by mixing a resin composition (mentioned below) that constitutes the main component and an organic peroxide. The above resin composition comprises a monomer and a catalyst, wherein the monomer is formed by introducing, into an isocyanate group-containing compound dissolved in a reactant diluent having an unsaturated group, four or more (meth)acryloyl groups through urethane bonds in one molecule and a tertiary amine. Using the resin liquid, based on a film forming method the decorative material is obtained. As the catalyst a cobalt catalyst is essential, and a metal catalyst other than the cobalt catalyst and/or an organic curing accelerator are used jointly. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
