PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a footwear and an insole giving a wearer a feeling of crunchiness which a conventional footwear and insole have never had, simultaneously stimulating the acupressure points of the foot and giving an effect of promoting healthy and sanitary functions by granular or powdery materials by filling the interior of a projecting part for giving a stimulus by the pushing to a specific portion of the sole, with the granular materials or the powdery materials promoting the healthy and sanitary functions. SOLUTION: This footwear is provided with the projecting part 30, when the wearer puts on the footwear, giving the stimulus by the pushing to the specific portion of the sole, on the surface of the bottom of the footwear to which the sole touches. This footwear is characterized in that the surface of the projecting part 30 to which the specific portion of the sole touches is composed of covering members 32 and 33 having permeability, and the interior of the projecting part 30 is filled with the granular materials or the powdery materials promoting the healthy and sanitary functions.
