<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave integrated circuit which is easy to manufacture. <P>SOLUTION: The microwave integrated circuit is composed of a strip conductor 12a and grounding conductors 12b, 12c located on both sides of the strip conductor 12a. The microwave integrated circuit is provided with a first coplanar line 12 which is formed on one face of an insulating substrate 11; and a second coplanar line 13, in which a strip conductor 13a and grounding conductors 13b, 13c located on both sides of the strip conductor 13a are respectively provided, at positions symmetric with the strip conductor 12a and the grounding conductors 12b, 12c of the first coplanar line 12 with respect to a virtual line L-L passing the center in the thickness direction of the insulating substrate 11, and which is formed on the other face of the insulating substrate 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
