<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a fuel cell capable of easily and correctly executing alignment on a board; and to provide ink for manufacturing a fuel cell capable of being easily confirmed that it is discharged. <P>SOLUTION: A first gas passage for supplying a first reaction gas is formed, by discharge devices 20a and 20b, on a first substrate carried by a belt conveyor BC1 driven by a driving device 58 based on a signal from a control device 56; and a first current collection layer is formed, by a discharge device 20d, on the first substrate carried by the belt conveyor BC1. Next, a solution containing a fluorescent material with platinum fine particles dispersed , for instance, a chloroplatinic solution containing a fluorescent material is applied to the substrate by a discharge device 20f; a first reaction layer is formed by baking it at 500°C; and an electrolyte membrane is formed on the first substrate by a discharge device 20g. Similarly, a second reaction layer and a second current collection layer are formed by a discharge device 20h and by a discharge device 20j, respectively. In an assembly device 60, a second substrate with a second gas passage formed by discharge devices 20l and 20m is disposed at a predetermined position on the first substrate to complete the manufacturing of the fuel cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
