<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce running cot of a ticket issuing system for issuing betting tickets for bicycle race, horse race, or motorboat race, also intending improved convenience for purchasers. <P>SOLUTION: A reception processor 21 in a ticket issuing support server allocates a reception number, and returns the reception number to a cellular phone. A booking registration processor 25 receives purchase booking information including buying target information from the above cellular phone, and stores it into a data storage. An automatic ticket issue machine reads the barcode of the reception number displayed on the cellular phone, and transmits a booking information inquiry including the reception number to the ticket issue support server. A booking provision processor 27 returns purchase booking information corresponding to the reception number to the automatic ticket issuing machine.
