<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the fluctuation of power consumption in operation of each function block. <P>SOLUTION: In the device for processing information signal by a plurality of function blocks having different processing functions, an operation clock is requested to each of the functional blocks, and adjustment processing to the operation clock request is performed according the the priority order assigned to the functional blocks.
