PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device enabling a natural user to easily retrieve, in case that the information processing device is lost or stolen, the whereabouts of the information processing device.

SOLUTION: The information processing device is configured to execute individual identification and data encryption according to connection to predetermined information equipment. This device comprises a storage means storing a mail address of the owner of the information processing device; an information acquisition means acquiring information capable of specifying the information equipment connected with the information processing device; a mail formation means making the information equipment create a mail with information acquired by the information acquisition means to the information equipment; and a transmitting means making the information equipment transmit the mail created by the mail creation means to the mail address stored in the storage means.
