<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shield which can suppress the attenuation of a near magnetic field of electromagnetic waves released from an electromagnetic field generator, while attenuating a remote electric field, and to provide a loop antenna device using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave comprises a conductor and a ground contact point for connecting the conductor to a ground. In the electromagnetic wave, the conductor is constituted to be electrically connected to the ground via the ground contact point, and a path connected from any point of the conductor to the ground contact point is arranged so as to be univocally specified.
