PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool bar configuration information supply server capable of improving convenience and mobility of a tool bar and guiding a user to information desired to supply by an information supplier and understanding a tendency of display requested by users.

SOLUTION: The tool bar configuration information supply server comprises a user information database memorizing a user identification ID of a user and an attribute of a user making use of a user terminal, a user tool bar arrangement information database memorizing tool bar arrangement information displayed for each user, a tool bar configuration information database memorizing each partial information of the tool bar arrangement information for each user, a tool bar configuration information sampling means receiving the user identification ID from the user terminal and sampling tool bar arrangement information and tool bar configuration information from the user tool bar arrangement information database and the tool bar configuration information database, and a tool bar configuration information transmitting means transmitting the tool bar arrangement information and the tool bar configuration information sampled by the tool bar configuration information sampling means to the user terminal.
