<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a user select correct information even when the size of a display area is limited. <P>SOLUTION: The display controller 1009 includes a display processing part 104 which displays titles of a plurality of pieces of information at a display part 106 to a specified width, a choice reception part 112 which receives a choice of a title to be processed among the titles displayed at the display part 106, and a choice determination part 113 which judges whether detailed information of the title received by the choice reception part 112 is displayed at the display part 106 by taking into consideration a character string which can be displayed at the display part 106 in the character string of the title received by the choice selection part 112 and determines the choice of the tile when it is judged that the detailed information of the tile is not displayed at the display part 106.
