<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize accurate tapping lot organization by easily determining the existence of order components which can be combined, and determining the validity/invalidity of combination at the time of organizing steel tapping lots. <P>SOLUTION: Manufacture orders stored in a system-categorized order database DB are gathered in the same component system, and unit numbers are issued, and the unit numbers and chemical components are stored in a component information file 20c, and the stored unit numbers and the chemical components are successively read, and compared with the chemical components of the residual unit numbers, and the unit numbers which can be combined are extracted so that a component combination table can be prepared, and stored in a component combination file 20b. In organizing steel tapping lots, a prediction/verification cast organization state grasping list representing the unit numbers and the steel tapping lot prediction quantity is used to designate the plurality of unit numbers, and the possibility of combination is determined by referring to the component combination table, and when the combination is impossible, a message showing the result is displayed, and steel tapping lot organization is displayed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
