<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module capable of less contrast lighting by diffusing outdoor daylight, easy manufacturing, enlarging flexibility of light adjustment, and reducing complexity of wiring. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module consists of a light transparency insulating substrate, a base substrate, and a solar cell element. The base substrate has two or more transparent holes which make the light received on the surface pass to the reverse surface; mounts two or more solar cell elements on it; and arranges the light transparency insulating substrate on the solar cell elements, so that the solar cell elements may be easily installed, made possible to have light transparency, and improved in the flexibility of configuration. In addition, since the amount of lighting can be changed with the size and/or quantity of transparent holes of the base substrate, the restriction of the amount of lighting by the size of the light transparency insulating substrate and the solar cell elements can be reduced. Further, since electrodes for solar cell elements connection and output wiring are integrally constituted in the base substrate, the complexity of wiring is reduced, irrespective of the number of sheets of solar cell elements. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
