<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that difficulty is found in processing such as cooperation between pictures, or collecting a message in one stroke due to a difference in architectures between Web application and Windows application. <P>SOLUTION: The message and picture development information are once stored in a data buffer. The information in the data buffer is set to a Web component to develop it to the directly associated picture from the message by using the information on the picture development.
