PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce consideration of a time difference in the case of generating document data to be transmitted. SOLUTION: A document data communication apparatus for carrying out transmission/reception of document data includes: an entry means for entering a destination, a district and a condition to particularize time data in the document data; an extract means for extracting the time data from the document data on the basis of the particularized conditions; a conversion means for converting the time data into those of the district on the basis of the entered district; and a replacement means for replacing the time data in the document data before the conversion with the converted time data.
