PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of supplying stable amount of propane-air gas substitution to LNG series gas by efficiently vaporizing and mixing air using LPG which is easily available and handled during predetermined time until recovery in such an emergency case that the existing LNG series gas is not available due to a disaster such as seismic hazard. SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus for propane-air gas for emergency use is either a portable type or a stationary type constructed by integrating and downsizing a heat source, a LPG tank for storing fluid LPG, an evaporating section for evaporating and vaporizing the fluid LPG and an adjusting section for adjusting the amount of heat by mixing air. The evaporating section is formed to vaporize the fluid LPG in an LPG tank with a heater mechanism positioned on an outer circumference of the LPG tank thereof, using a hot-water boiler or electrical heat.
