PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic powder-containing resin composition for a plasma display panel, which compatibilizes flexibility in the form of a transfer film and brittleness at sandblasting and a transfer film, and to provide a transfer film for a plasma display panel, which can securely form a glass sintered compact of a desired shape which is excellent in height uniformity and has a high aspect ratio through a relatively simple step, and a manufacturing method of the plasma display panel. SOLUTION: The inorganic powder-containing resin composition for the plasma display panel contains a glass frit, a binder resin and a plasticity-imparting substance having a particular structure.
