PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the appearance of the back of a seat by finishing the seat back with a pouched skin without exposing fasteners that couple up the skin terminals. SOLUTION: A couple of strip-like board male resin fasteners 30, 31 are sewn correlatively on couples of skin terminals 23-25, 24-26 that are coupled up with each other on a pouched skin 11. The pouched skin 11 then covers a seat back pad 13 that is incorporated to and supported by a seat back frame. Next, the couple of strip-like board male resin fasteners 30, 31 folds back correlatively the couples of skin terminals 23-25, 24-26, and then a long and thin curtain rail-like female resin fastener 32 inserts the couple of strip-like male resin fasteners 30, 31 together with the couple of skin terminals 23-25, 24-26 with the couples of skin terminals 23-25, 24-26 in a folded state.
