PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a gap for filtration capable of easily be washed and being stable for a long time. SOLUTION: A filtering means, having a raw water circulation entrance 3, a raw water circulation outlet port 5 and an filtered water outlet port 47, is arranged in a filtering vessel 7, the filtering means is communicated with the filtered water outlet port 47 and a circumference which is to be a filtration surface is constituted with a double contact coil spring 9, which is comprised of an inward contact coil spring 29 and an outward contact coil spring 31, and with a load transmitting means 43 which makes a prescribed gap for filtration d set by giving a tensile load to the double contact coil spring 9.
