The step constructional component (1) of concrete is a prefabricated sound-insulated part and is manufactured from concrete prior to transporting to the construction site. The step component has sound insulating elements (3) consisting of first elements (3d,3e,3f,3g) for the force-transmitting support of the step component on an adjacent structure, and second elements (3a,3b,3c) for the sound insulated spacing of the step component from an adjacent structure. The sound insulating elements create a gap-less sound insulation in relation to adjacent structures.
