<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color control system capable of stable color control by appropriately carrying out state control to an image forming apparatus and to provide a color control method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: When an error of a density measured value of magenta (M) in a color chart Pa outputted from e.g., an output apparatus 3a with respect to a reference value belongs to a range wherein the error is an intermediate control reference value or over and less than a control reference value and in the case that errors in magenta of other output apparatuses 3b, 3c are shifted in a similar direction with respect to the reference values managed in a measured value storage section 1b, a discrimination section 1g of a control server 1 remotely adjusts e.g., the luminous quantity of an exposure section 3aa of the output apparatus 3a via a terminal 2a so as to bring the error to be a value less than the intermediate control reference value. Further, in the case that the errors in magenta of the other output apparatuses 3b, 3c are not shifted in a similar direction with respect to the reference value, the regulation instruction part 1g of a control server 1 remotely adjusts e.g., the replenishment quantity of a development processing liquid of a processing liquid replenishment section 3ab of the output apparatus 3a via the terminal 2a so as to bring the error to be a value less than the intermediate control reference value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
