<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print color correcting method which enables the proper selection of a dot for use in the correction of a color or enables the proper setting of the amount of the correction. <P>SOLUTION: This print color correcting method comprises: a color correcting step of correcting the color of a control dot in an image displayed on a display screen; a computing step of computing the corrected quantity of each supplied ink in an ink key area, including the control point, of an ink key area of a printing machine, in accordance with the correction of the color; a determination step of determining an area affected by the correction of the quantity of the supplied ink, in the ink key area, including the control dot, of the ink key area of the printing machine; and a display step of displaying the area, which is determined to be affected by the correction in the determination step, on the display screen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
