<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve energy conversion efficiency of a solar cell that is provided with a semiconductor film containing a Ib group element, a group IIIb element and a VIa group element as an optical absorption layer. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell is provided with a substrate 11 containing a Ia group element; a conductive film 12 that is formed on the substrate 11, and contains a metal element and a 0 group element; a semiconductor film 13 that is formed on the conductive film 12 and contains a Ib group element, a group IIIb element, a group VIb element, and the same kind of element as the Ia group element of the substrate 11; and a transparent conductive film 15 formed on the semiconductor film 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
