<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a short circuit detecting circuit device capable of being miniaturized and reducing costs. <P>SOLUTION: In the circuit device for analyzing analog signals from a first circuit 2 and a second circuit 3, the first circuit 2 and the second circuit 3 are constituted so as to output analog signals 21, 31 reverse to each other in the positive and negative poles of a phase. When a short circuit occurs, output signals of the first and second circuits 2, 3 interfere with each other to be canceled.
