<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aid for fitting connector which prevents a connector from defectively fitting, maintains the fitting state of the connector, and has versatility and ease. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet 10 is made of PET as an insulating and heatproof plastic of an elastic material, is 0.4 mm in thickness, and comprises an opening 11 and a fixing part 12. The opening 11, in which an opening 11a is formed into the shape of a rectangle, encloses the whole of the planar outline of a connector 50 when the connector 50 is in a fitting state, (where the connector 50 inserts a second connector 52 having a cable 56 into a first connector 51 mounted on a substrate 55 in a direction parallel to a substrate surface 55a, and makes the two of the first connector 51 and the second connector 52 fit to each other, to establish an electrical connection between the two).
