PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight of a tire while securing required operation stability, and to efficiently produce the tire with excellent uniformity. SOLUTION: Radial height from a bead core 5 of a bead apex rubber 8 passing between a body part 6a and a folded part 6b of a carcass 6 and extending from the bead core 5 is 10-25 mm. The tire has a rubber reinforcing layer 10 extending outward the radial direction over a tire maximum width point M from an inner end part 10L which is laid and ended on an outside surface of a tire axial direction of the folded part 6b.
