PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrapping box which is foldable, and capable of enhancing the decorative appearance, and easily storing a commodity. SOLUTION: A body of the wrapping box consists of two blanks of an inner panel and an outer panel. A square prismatic box with a top face opened is formed of the inner panel, a bottom face of the outer panel to cover the inner panel is adhered to a bottom face of the inner panel, and the opened inner panel is covered by the top face of the outer panel. An insertion piece protruded from the inner panel is inserted in a cut formed in the outer panel, and locked for assembly so that the inner panel and the outer panel are foldable.
