PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a take-out carton paper having oil absorption, oil resistance and gas permeability without using any fluorine-based resin, and a take-out carton manufactured by using the same. SOLUTION: The take-out carton is constituted by forming an oil-resistant agent impregnated paper (10) with oil-resistant agent impregnated therein in a corrugated shape, facing a back side of a face liner paper (11) to one side of the corrugated oil-resistant agent impregnated paper, affixing formed corrugation tops (a, a) and a back side of the face liner paper to each other via water-resistant paste, facing the other side of the oil-resistant agent impregnated paper (10) to the back side of a back liner paper (12), and affixing formed corrugation tops (b, b) to the back side of the back liner paper (12) via water-resistant paste.
