PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jetting head capable of highly densely arranging piezoelectric elements, surely preventing for a long time the piezoelectric elements from being broken, and preventing discharging characteristics of droplets from being lowered, and a liquid jetting apparatus. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric elements 300 are respectively provided in regions facing to respective pressure generating room 12, and connecting wirings 90 drawn out from upper parts of lower electrodes 60 in regions corresponding to spaces between the piezoelectric elements 300 to the outside of the piezoelectric elements 300. Respective layers and the connecting wirings 90 constituting the piezoelectric elements 300 are covered with a protective film 100 comprising an insulating material with a moisture resistance. A lead electrode 110 for an individual electrode connected to an upper electrode 80, and a lead electrode 120 for a common electrode connected to the connecting wiring 90 are provided on the protective film 100, and an opening part 100b of the protective film 100 for connecting the connecting wiring 90 with the lead electrode 120 for the common electrode is provided in the outside region of the piezoelectric elements 300.
