PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a forging machine with which the confirmation of the fitting positions of a punch and a chuck claw to a die, can simply, easily and accurately be performed without needing a skilled worker. SOLUTION: In the forging machine for forming a prescribed shape of a product by heating a blank at the interval between the die 4 arranged at a machine table 2 and the punch 6 fitted to the front surface of a ram 5 so as to be faced to the die 4, a first and a second cameras 8, 9 picking up the fitting state at the die side and the punch side in the requesting process, a camera set means 10 for supporting these cameras 8, 9 and also, setting the focus of the camera 8 to the center of the die 4, and a monitor 11 for enlarging and projecting so that the fitting states at the die side and at the punch side picked up with the first and the second cameras 8, 9 can visually be confirmed.
