<p>The element (4) is designed as a u-shaped part with two horizontal extensions (17, 18) protruding laterally from the lower edge of the side segments (8, 9). A hollow cylindrical segment (7) is horizontally positioned between the flanges (8, 9) extending from one of the flanges (8) and guided trough the opposite flange (9) in order to be shaped into a collar (12).
