On one side the adaptor contains a Nokia standard interface, i.e. a "Pop-Port" plug (1), coupled by a circuit and a 100 millimeter length cable (2) to a 3.5 mm standard stereo-socket (3). The linking cable also functions as an antenna for FM broadcast radio reception.
