The upper metal (5) is provided with a first tapered tubular part (12) spreading upward and the outer tube (2) is provided with a third tapered tubular part (17) spreading upward. The first tapered tubular part (12) or the third tapered tubular part (17) has a noncircular transverse section, and the tubular part (12) and the third tapered tubular part (17) are overlapped when viewed in the axial direction of the tubular part (12) over a specified range.</p>
