<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel for containing a fuel reformer, which satisfactorily supplies fuel to the fuel reformer, can discharge gases such as hydrogen reformed by the fuel reformer stably to the outside thereof, and has little power loss, and to provide a fuel reforming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The vessel 11 for containing the fuel reformer is equipped with a base body 1 having a recessed part for containing the fuel reformer 9, a cap body 4 which is installed so as to cover the recessed part, and a feeding pipe 5a for feeding fuel to the fuel reformer 9 and a discharge pipe 5b for discharging a reformed gas, which penetrate at least one of the base body 1 and the cap body 4, are connected to the fuel reformer 9, and fix the fuel reformer 9 in such a manner that the fuel reformer 9 is floated in a space between the cap body 4 and the bottom surface of the recessed part. The feeding pipe 5a and the discharge pipe 5b are anodically joined to the fuel reformer 9 through a member 10 which has an outer diameter larger than the feeding pipe 5a and the discharge pipe 5b, which are joined at the tip end with a joining material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
