HYDROPHILIC PHASE TYPE BAMBOO GRASS FOOD COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bamboo grass food composition improved in palate feeling, absorbability and effect of action by efficiently extracting bamboo grass components and letting the components exist in a hydrophilic phase in a stable condition.

SOLUTION: A method for producing the bamboo grass food composition comprises extracting hydrophilic components derived from bamboo grass into a colloid solution obtained by dissolving one kind or at least two kinds of polymer anion substances each having a water-soluble polyol fatty acid ester and/or carboxylate group into an aqueous solution of an OH group-containing compound.
