<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for coping with setting of a learning plan, difference between the plan and achievement, a multi-hierarchical teaching materials, and changes in composition of the teaching materials in the middle of learning, and for allowing mutual compatibility between learning contents. <P>SOLUTION: Of learning content attribute data, a minimum unit that composes the multi-hierarchical learning content is registered as a "learning unit content". Further, a distribution schedule and a learning load factor are set for each learning unit content.
