PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a crystal oscillator having a vibration part in the shape of a concave-convex lens in which no secondary vibration exists in the vicinity of principle vibration. SOLUTION: In a low frequency or high frequency crystal oscillator in the shape of a grooved concave-convex lens, a distortion phenomenon and a dynamic pressure phenomenon are simultaneously used to form a convex lens shape on a front face and a concave lens shape on a rear face at the same time.
