PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a behind-the-ear speech device which is superior in operability and easy to operate while mounting it on the ear. SOLUTION: The speech device comprises a first disc-like operating part having an opening at the center on the outside of a frame, and a second operating part inserted in the opening. The first operating part is for adjusting the sound volume, and the second operating part is for operating the power on/off, talking and clearing. The first and second operating parts enable at least four operations: sound volume adjustment, power on/off, talking and clearing.
