<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To verify the validity of a time stamp attached to data, e.g. a document, surely. <P>SOLUTION: When document data is created by a terminal 3, a stamp operation switch of a wrist watch 1 is depressed to output a control signal for requesting attachment of a time stamp and seal image data to the document data to the terminal 3. Upon receiving a control signal from the wrist watch 1, the terminal 3 outputs the document data of a sealing object to the wrist watch 1. The wrist watch 1 indicates an exact time at all times by receiving a standard time radio wave from a standard time master station 2. Upon receiving data from the terminal 3, the terminal 3 creates a time stamp indicating the receiving time, reads out the seal image data and issues a digital signature automatically. The terminal 3 sends the time stamp, the seal image data and the digital signature back to the terminal 3 while attaching them to the document data from the terminal 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
