PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic fiber sizing agent enabling inorganic fiber to yield good scratch resistance and openability and capable of yielding adequately high mechanical strength in composite materials reinforced with the inorganic fiber. SOLUTION: The inorganic fiber sizing agent comprises (A) a modified polyether having on the molecular end(s) one or more functional groups selected from carboxy, amino, acid anhydride and mercapto groups.
