PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage of a battery terminal at the time of installation of a battery or the like and to simplify the structure of a battery cap. SOLUTION: The battery 14a is a button type and a plus (+) electrode is formed on the side face and a minus (-) electrode is formed on the top face, and the face on the opposite side of (-) electrode is covered by a battery cap 15. A (-) battery terminal 16a which can contact (-) electrode face of the battery is arranged in the main body 10 in order to connect the (-) electrode of the battery to a (-) side power supply line of an amplifier circuit 12. Then, a (-) battery terminal 16b of spring nature which can contact the (-) battery terminal 16a and is connected to the (-) side power supply line of the amplifier circuit is arranged. In the state that the battery cap is opened, the (-) battery terminal 16a does not contact the (-) battery terminal 16b, and in the state the battery cap is closed, the (-) battery terminal 16a contacts the (-) battery terminal 16b.
