PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag having a stable released face when being unsealed, having a high resealing strength, having a clean released face and capable of being resealed. SOLUTION: The resealable bag is formed by heat-sealing a heat seal resin layer (C) of a resealable film (I) having a resin layer with a multi-layer constitution comprising a thermoplastic resin layer (A), a pressure-sensitive adhesive resin layer (B) and the heat seal resin layer (C) laminated in a order of (A)/(B)/(C) and another film (II) heat-sealable with this heat seal resin layer (C), and when the heat-sealed part is peeled off, the pressure-sensitive adhesive resin layer (B) is exposed under a resealable condition at the heat-sealed part.
