PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To very easily rapidly remove a protective cover protecting a load from outer atmosphere such as rain, wind, dust and the like and to prevent a drop of the load due to collapse of the load. SOLUTION: The protective material 10 has a frame 12 having a size large enough to enclose a roll box 4 and the load 6 from outside, a lid 14 mounted on the frame 12 so that it can be opened and closed, and a flexible cover 16 supported by the frame 12. The protective material 10 is arranged upward from the load 6 with the lid 14 closed, and protects the load 6 by dropping the cover 16 from the frame 12 and hanging it down. On the other hand, when the lid is opened, the frame 12 naturally drops outside of the load 6 and the roll box 4 to expose the load 6. A weight 20 is attached to the lower end of the cover 16 to help the drop of the frame 16 from the frame 12. The wheel 1 of the roll box 4 can pass through the outer surface of the frame 12.
