PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a conductive seamless tube which has very few hard spots (fish eyes) such as lumps of pigment or a deteriorated resin on the surface and wherein the size and the amount of the fish eyes are reduced to such a level as not to affect the quality of an image when it is used as an electrostatic charge roll. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the conductive seamless tube has a process of preparing a conductive thermoplastic resin by melting, mixing and dispersing a thermoplastic resin and the conductive pigment by a pressurizing kneader. In this method, when the melting temperature of the thermoplastic resin is set as T°C, the melting, mixing and dispersion are performed in a state wherein the thermoplastic resin in the portion of the inner wall surface of the pressurizing kneader is heated to T°C or above, while the thermoplastic resin in the portion of an agitating blade is made to be at T°C or below. The conductive seamless tube obtained by the method is used for the electrostatic charge roll.
