POLYOL POLYESTER-CONTAINING PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT CONTAIN LOW VISCOSITY SILICONE FLUIDS

The invention provides a personal care product that does not contain a lower viscosity silicone fluid; the personal care product includes at least one polyol polyester that is the esterification reaction product of a polyol having three to six carbons atoms and a carboxylic acid having three to six carbon atoms and a personal care formulation. Also provided are replacement compositions for use in personal care products that are at least one polyol polyester that is the esterification reaction product of a polyol having three to six carbons atoms and a carboxylic acid having three to six carbon atoms and having a kinematic viscosity of about 2 to about 20 centistokes at 25<0> C and wherein the replacement composition does not contain a low viscosity silicone fluid. Related methods are also described.
