<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for identifying each paper, and for reusing the digitized information by using paper in an electronic pen system for digitizing characters or graphics handwritten on paper by reading dot patterns printed on paper with an electronic pen. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of dot pattern information printed on paper is stored in a computer system, and unused dot pattern information is assigned when a form is printed, and the dot patterns and form information are linked, and the dot patterns and the form are printed on sheets so that paper can be prepared. As for contents filled in the paper, the task information is digitized by using a conventional technology. The digitized task information and the form information are linked to each other and stored.
