PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic guide device for shunt location and an automatic guide system for shunt location, preventing worsening of the traffic flow, when a vehicle is approaching from behind. SOLUTION: A control circuit 2 computes difference at the past and the present vehicular gap between own vehicle M1 and one behind M2 (step S1 to step S3), to identify whether the behind vehicle approaches to the own vehicle when transceiver 5 receives radio waves from the behind vehicle M2. The control circuit 2 identifies whether the difference in vehicular gap is larger than a specified value (step S4) and decides that the behind vehicle M2 is approaching own vehicle M1, if the difference of vehicular gap is larger than the specified value, searches the nearest shunt location of the current position of own vehicle M1, and implements route guidance from the current position to the shunt location (step S5 and step S6).
